Does your business feel stuck? Do you want to take your business and your team to the next level but don't know what you don't know and need an outside perspective?

121 coaching helps identify the strategies and plans that will help get your business to where you want it to be quicker.

Part of 121 coaching is about removing the noise of day-to-day business, gaining clarity on the priorities, and holding you to account against the agreed action plan. We agree on the frequency and structure of coaching sessions based on your needs, and this can be weekly, twice monthly, or monthly.

Working out if 121 coaching is right for you starts with a complimentary strategy session where we’ll review the performance of your business and team to identify opportunities and challenges. A complimentary strategy session allows you to experience the value of coaching to ensure 121 coaching is what you need.

High Performance Feature Image

The High Performers Academy is an environment where employees at all levels in business can learn and be coached to become a high performer.

We have all been told by either our teachers, parents or bosses at some point “to do our best” but it can feel that simply doing our best is not good enough or that outside influences makes it difficult to perform at our very best.

The high performers academy is all about giving you the tools, education and coaching so that you can consistently be the best you can be.

The focus is on what is within your control to influence, developing mastery over yourself and taking responsibility of your performance. You will learn a lot about yourself, why you behave a certain way when under pressure, what holds you back, learn what your potential truly is and realize that as you grow and develop, so does your potential.

The Introduction to the workplace programme

HPA Introduction

There has never been a greater need to develop the generation coming into the workplace, with a focus on basic soft skills.

Introduction to the Workplace is for people either entering the workplace for the first time or a little further along in their career. This programme is about building the foundations and setting members on the path to becoming high performers.

“The most common people and soft skills lacking relate to self-management skills (72% of all skills gaps), including the inability among staff to manage their own time or prioritise tasks or to manage their feelings and the feelings of others.” Government Social Research 2020.

This will help new starters understand some of the business basics, know what employers are expecting of them, take ownership of their role and development and learn how to communicate effectively in business.

Once completed, members can choose to enrol on one of the other programmes for the remainder of their membership.

There’s no limit to the number of employees that any one business can enrol, there’s no grant to apply for and no expiration date.
